An unused defective product in original packaging, with a fully legible product label, and batch number may be exchanged for a new one or another product of equal value.
No exchange is guaranteed. Defective products must be returned to The Piping Plover within 10 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. The Piping Plover does not offer store credit or cash refunds.
All sales on electronic devices are final. Defective devices must be returned or exchanged through the product manufacturer.
