Another important reminder, the regulations do not allow discounts, free cannabis or giveaways in that regard so please don’t ask our budtenders for free stuff!!

The Outer Cape is uniquely surrounded by our beloved National Sea Shore!! However, that area is also under Federal Jurisdiction and CANNABIS IS ILLEGAL UNDER FEDERAL JURISDICTION, so IT IS ILLEGAL TO POSSESS AND/OR CONSUME CANNABIS ON FEDERALLY GOVERNED LANDS!!
While we will have music and some coffee, this is not a concert or a festival! It is simply a Grand Opening Celebration!!! We will ask that folks do not hang out too long in our parking area, so that we can ensure everybody who wants to stop by and visit, can! We also want to make sure everybody respects our community in keeping the peace and leaving no trace!
